Michael Ryan
Managing Director
Michael has been involved in the PPP equity market since 1999, having previously been a director of the Noble PFI Fund and prior to that, Edison Capital. He has extensive experience in secondary acquisitions and restructurings as well as experience in primary equity investment. Whilst at Noble, he was involved in acquiring PFI assets from Edison, Gleesons, Grosvenor House Group, Canmore and Capita and at Edison, he structured a joint venture with Morrison Construction Limited to acquire 50% of its PFI assets. A chartered accountant, Michael is a former director of KPMG Corporate Finance where he advised public and private sector clients in relation to UK and European PPP projects.

John McDonagh
Director
John joined Infrastructure Investors as Director from Carillion where, as Project Finance Director, he was involved in a number of primary market investments, refinancings and secondary market disposals. John qualified as an accountant with PwC and has been involved in the PPP market since 1996. As financial advisor he spent five years with PwC advising a range of public and private sectors bodies on PPP deals across the health, accommodation and transport sectors. He then spent two years working as financial advisor and senior lender with Banco Espirito Santo before joining the private finance team at Carillion.

Alan Ritchie
Chief Finance Officer
Alan joined Infrastructure Investors from Quayle Munro where he was a Director in charge of PFI Infrastructure Company. A qualified accountant, Alan began his career with Ernst & Young and moved into their Corporate Finance Team where he worked for four years. Alan joined Quayle Munro in 1996 and has considerable experience in both primary and secondary market PFI activities.

Victoria Bradley
Associate Director
Victoria has been involved in UK PFI and PPP equity markets since 1999. During 2002 she spent seven months on secondment to Partnerships UK plc. Victoria is a qualified solicitor and joined Infrastructure Investors from CMS Cameron McKenna having worked in private practice for 9 years. She has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and the corporate aspects of PFI transactions.

Thomas Haga
Manager
Thomas joined Infrastructure Investors in July 2004. Prior to joining, Thomas has worked on project finance lending due diligence and execution across a variety of sectors. Thomas has also worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen for two years and in research of listed equities at a brokerage firm. Thomas holds a masters degree in business and economics.

Andy Clapp
Manager
Prior to joining Infrastructure Investors, Andy had experience advising both the public and private sectors in PPP and PFI projects. He advised on a wide range of projects mainly in the education, transportation and health sectors. Andy is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with Deloitte before spending over two years with the PFI/PPP team at Grant Thornton.
