Highland Wastewater (Scotland) Highland wastewater PFI project is a £45m project signed in December 1996, which comprises a 25 year concession to design, finance, build, own, operate and transfer 2 wastewater treatment plants to treat wastewater and effluent from Fort William and Inverness. |

Wansbeck Hospital (Northumbria) This project consists of a two storey extension at the existing Wansbeck Hospital site to provide new maternity, outpatients and child healthcare facility. The project was signed in November 2000 and construction reached completion in November 2002, costing £21m. |

Argyll & Bute Schools (Argyll & Bute) Signed in September 2005, the project comprises new build facilities across 5 sites in the region with a capital costs in excess of £100m. The final handover date for the last facility will be at the beginning of 2008. The project was the first local authority “Non Profit Distributing Organisation” venture in UK PFI. |

DLR Lewisham Extension (London) The DLR Lewisham Extension project is a design, build, manage and maintenance concession contract for the fixed light rail Infrastructure which forms part of the Docklands Light Railway. The project capital value was £270m, the extension opened on November 22 1999, on budget and ahead of schedule. The contract period runs from 2002 to 2022. |

HET/Fasttrax A £95m Ministry of Defence transport project, this is a design, build, finance and operate contract for 90 heavy-equipment transports. It was signed in December 2001 and started operation in September 2004. |
